With the Atago grill plate, you expand your versatile Atago with a typical Spanish plancha plate featuring well-thought-out details. Made in Germany from 3 mm thick oiled steel, the grill plate delivers excellent results thanks to its different temperature zones. You can sizzle hearty meat specialties to be extra juicy, while at the same time grilled vegetables or seasoned shrimp wait at the edges on lower heat to be served. The developing patina creates a natural non-stick effect that gets better with each use – be sure to season your grill plate carefully before first use.
Once the fire is stoked, the plate reaches temperature very quickly, guaranteeing a perfect sear. The Atago doesn't run out of energy quickly, as you can easily add wood or charcoal through the cutout in the center of the Atago grill plate.
